At Specialty Home Inspections LLC we take 360-degree images of the exterior and every room of your house. These images allow you to to look left, right, up, down and zoom into every picture we take. This will allow you to have a complete record of the condition of the house on the day of the inspection. Since we take 360 photos for free at every house that means that every house gets to have 360 images taken of it. This is great if you love the way the previous owner decorated the house, or if you want to have a wonderful record of the house before the big remodel project! We started using 360 photos since many of our customers either purchase the house sight unseen or only have a limited amount of time to familiarize themselves with the house. Our 360 photos allow you to tour the house from your cell phone or computer. Our customers have also leveraged the 360 photos to help contractors provide accurate quotes and help interior designers to build off of the existing floor plan and color scheme.
